Objective

The Illinois Broadcasters Association (IBA) wanted to generate momentum for their year-end event by strengthening their online presence and engaging more meaningfully with their audience. The goal was to increase event awareness, drive digital engagement leading up to the event, and connect social content to their real-world programming.

What I Did

Developed a seasonal content calendar leading up to the event, incorporating relevant themes and countdown-style posts.

Maintained a consistent brand voice and tone, keeping the messaging professional, enthusiastic, and accessible.

Results

Reinforced brand awareness by integrating IBA’s character into the campaign.

Strengthened the connection between IBA’s online voice and their in-person programming.

Used seasonal content calendars and targeted event promotion to boost awareness and digital engagement ahead of IBA’s annual year-end event.
