Objective

F&L Property Management needed complementary print materials to connect with residents and prospects in person. The goal was to design tangible, on-brand pieces that reflected their refreshed identity and helped promote properties, events, and community awareness across neighborhoods.

What I Did

Designed property-specific flyers using updated photos and consistent layouts for homes for sale and rent.

Created custom door knockers to distribute in nearby neighborhoods and promote new listings or open houses.

Created staff t-shirts featuring the new logo and colors for visibility at showings, open houses, and community events.

Results

Supported local visibility efforts and boosted awareness of available properties.

Designed a full suite of printed materials—including flyers, door knockers, business cards, and branded apparel—to support local outreach and reinforce visual consistency offline.
