Objective

Arbolope Studio previously relied on an occasional annual newsletter that saw low engagement. They needed a more strategic and consistent email presence that reflected their brand’s visual identity, showcased their evolving portfolio, and aligned with the seasonal nature of their landscape design work.

What I Did

Shifted the email approach from once-a-year updates to seasonal campaigns timed with design cycles (spring planting, summer growth, fall transition, etc.)

Designed custom Mailchimp templates using branded photography, project highlights, and curated visual storytelling.

Results

Increased email open rates from an average of ~30% to consistently 60–70%.

Strengthened recognition of Arbolope’s brand voice and visual identity.

Revamped Arbolope’s email marketing with a seasonal, photography-driven approach that doubled open rates and strengthened brand identity.
